This morning Mr. Man announced that he saw Miss with a lunch tray yesterday. This discussion began because they get to buy lunch on Friday's. Clearly he did not think she should get to buy lunch on Friday since he had seen her with a lunch tray on Thursday. She said that she most certainly did not have a lunch tray that he must have seen her friend that looks just like her. I can assure the jury that no such person exist. Mr. Man rebutted that no it was clearly her and that she had even said hi to him. At this point we directed the conversation else where because clearly the adults have more detective work to do in the case of the unauthorized lunch tray.
This stuff is not in the parent handbook, you know?
(This photo was from our camping trip last fall.)

Nope, it isn't in the parent handbook! lol Wish it was.
Ours had strange food for a week once, and he had taken a check for school supplies to the lunchroom instead to splurge. It took an hour of detective work to figure it out. He's also very good at conning others out of their food, either trading something for it, or selling the fact that he is deprived to kids who are sympathetic.
Happy hunting! :-)
Someone needs to invent a tiny camera that one can clip onto your child (without said child's knowledge) and 'keep up' on what's happening throughout the day when you're not around to monitor. Hmmm???? Anybody out there biting on this patent idea? ROFL :))))
DANG, did Miss sprout this year or what? She looks like she grew a ton!
Miss has turned out to be on the tall side, at least compared to her siblings. She has grown a ton this past year!
