Very interesting! We have used clonodine, which also neutralizes adrenaline, to counter that hair trigger fear/ escalation response.

Essie Mr. is on Tenex and it helps him a lot. He still needed the anti-psychotic to keep his aggression under control. His aggression is well controled as of now but his weight is a concern because it keeps climbing despite my best efforts. Any thoughts?
