Friday night has turned into our breakfast for dinner night here in loo-loo land, cause that's how we roll. So I thought I would share our healthy recipe here.
2 c self rising flour
1 tbs baking powder
2 tbs sugar
1/4 c wheat germ
1 egg
1 1/2 c skim milk (about)
1/2 to 3/4 c unsweet applesauce (we use Mott's Natural)
